For this episode we invited guest readers Dee Forbes the Director General of RTE and Dave Kirwan the Managing Director of Bord Gáis Energy to discuss management and leadership in the context of their reading of The Leadership Mind (2022). This conversation was held in the presence of some invited guests and the authors.

With their thinking prompted by their reading of The Leadership Mind, they discuss their career paths, their experiences and their perspectives on management and leadership, as well as the principles and arguments put forward in the book and how they might apply these personally and in their organisations.
